I am in a hotel or store and I put a photo of myself into a machine. It was a large machine looked almost like on of those old ATM machines in the bank built into the wall. It printed out a portrait of myself but it was blurred and not completely printed on the one side of my face. Then it printed out a few more photos of myself. It was only when I saw the photos I noticed I had two small braids in my hair one on either side of my temples. I wanted to redo the photo not only because I didn’t like my hair but because it did’nt print out correctly. There were two nice women working in there and I told them the machine wasn’t working properly. They were closing the hotel/shop I was in. I sat on a lobby couch and we started chatting and talking about life a bit. I then look on my iPad and the machine had sent a video. I clicked play and it was a video of my 20/30 something self talking. I looked very put together and I liked it. It continued playing memories. I thought “Wow, how nice this is!” Then it was a memory of me on a talk show and a women came out on stage that I had not seen in many years an old friend. I gave her a big hug. Someone handed us these aprons they were super cute and we put them on. I started thinking " wait… I remember those aprons my friend Laraina made them for me and two small matching ones for my daughters when they were little about 10 years ago, I didn’t get them on a talk show"! Then I started realizing that the memories I was watching were all pieces of my life reorganizing into a different context and not how it truly happened. I suddenly remembered AI and reading something about allowing AI into my computer to help with daily tasks such as typing, responding to emails, and organizing photos. As the movie continued there was a chase scene that appeared to be from some action scene. I didn’t recognize the actors
but the what they were saying were phrases I had used and maybe posted online at some point. The audio was decently from my real life interactions but the two men and the scene I did not recognize.
It was at this point I realized I was lucid. I was suddenly in the building I was watching the chase scene happening in. I started looking around the building it was very barren. There were white doors I opened one and there was a strange looking toilet. Only the toilet in a very small rectangular white room. I opened the lid and it was clean and empty. Then I was going to the next door when I woke up.
In WL I went down stairs to make coffee and I turned on Youtube and the first thing that popped up was Sky New Australia Interviews “free-thinking” AI.

I live in a community within a sheltered complex with many layers or levels inwards. We can go outside but we have to be careful coming back to not reveal our entrances and entrance codes. I go out for the 1st time and without permission, by sneaking out after some group. Inside the door there is a poster with the pin number to come back in and I have to memorize it. The outside is just a normal city alley. I get in trouble soon after when I encounter a group of dudes who seem to be up to no good. I try to shake them off, but they keep following me, so as soon as I can, I try to go back into the complex. But somehow they saw me putting the pin code and they manage to come inside. The first tier of the complex is just a giant warehouse organized as a maze and I manage to escape them as I know the place better. But they also seem to know too much, so I try to reach the authorities to warn about the intruders. I learn they aren't the first ones. There has been some attacks and intrusions from the outside and seems like there are people from within helping out and we are about to go into war. They want to recruit me to fly a drone, but the process is too scary. They basically plug in our brains to an AI drone. It makes no sense to me as the AI is making all the decisions any way and the pilots just look like zombies. They say if the drone is shot down the pilot isn't even aware of anything. I don't get it. So I run away from that to and join a rebel group within this world that lives on top of a hill with trees and a whole natural life. Some drone crashes into their territory or so I thought. Turns out it really just landed in there and it brings weapons. Basically this group is also being called to join the fight.
Then I meet some really underground rebels and join them. But I am a bit suspicious of their methods. They take me along to some mission at an official governmental building full of people who are there to work out some bureaucracies. Riverstone is there. My "friends" disappear for a while and when they come back they put on some masks and tell me we need to go. I know what they just did, so I say no. They leave me behind and block the exit door. I warn people that there is a chemical weapon about to blow up and immediately something blows up in smoke. Riverstone panics and I ask him to look around for heavy objects we might use to break the door or a window. He tries a vase to break a window, doesn't work, he inhales some gas and starts collapsing. I see a secondary door in some nook where the smoke hasn't reached yet and I grab a fire extinguisher and strike it down until I break the lock. It leads to a hallway with open access to a garden with a lake. I go back and call everybody to this door and tell them to help the ones who already lost conscience and are laying on the ground. After some effort, there were no casualties, but people are very tired and in shock. A couple persons offer me some cookies as a gesture of appreciation for my help and I find them delicious.

Dream 116: Fawning Over A Psychotic AI

Inside this broken down facility, everything is some shade of brown with the odd red hazard light. Pipes, broken down machinery, with the foundation of the building in severe disrepair. I am talking to an artificial intelligence that was formed from the consciousness of a recently deceased woman. Think Handsome Jack from TFTB, that kinda scenario. I come to the conclusion that she has uploaded herself to the factory's computer systems, as she communicates to me over an intercom.

In order to save my skin, I start giving her undue praise. Apparently, when she was alive, she was quite a sadistic ***** that caused trouble to a lot of people. I never quite understood how or why her consciousness turned into an AI postmortem, but that seemed like something that would provoke a reaction from her, so I didn't ask.

I then spent the rest of the dream trying to bootlick this AI until I was on its good side. Then the dream ended.

Non-dream stuff - Woke up at around 8, not recalling any dreams apart from a very vague visual fragment, lost it and decided to sleep more, waking up again around 9 recalling a single long-ish non-lucid.

Dream:
Me and my partner (H) arrived by car at some pizza restaurant; I remember H backed up to park near the building, but he was parking towards some plastic tables and chairs. He was aware of them and stopped a couple of inches away from them. There was a small bump noise and when I got out there was a waitress from the restaurant asking "is everything ok?" and I looked closely at the chairs/bumper and said to her it was all fine, and she accepted it.

It was night time... H was going to sit outside (unlikely) and I was going to order the pizzas, in the dream it was implied we usually did it the other way around; I walked through the entrance doorway, which had no door as I remember. It was a dimly lit restaurant (probably contextual residue that far too many bloody restaurants are now, I'd like to see what I'm eating) and I walked towards the counter to make our order.

There was a guy at the counter and a waitress on my side and she said she'd take my order; she looked happy and not just for the job, she just seemed happy. I said I wanted two pizzas, one would be the bacon and cheese melt or something (for my partner) and she said "oh I'm sorry but that will be double because of (?)"; she then showed me a menu trying to explain why, because in the dream memory this was implied to be new at the restaurant. She explained they were changing how some pricings worked and that all the outside was going to be reworked by AI over the next few days. We concluded the pizza I was ordering would still be the same price (9 something came into my head in the dream but no figures were spoken). She said OK and I said the next pizza would be with "some (?), cheese and some onion", thinking that I would like something salad-y with or on it. As if she knew exactly what I was thinking, she asked if I wanted some rocket lettuce or something but she said that I couldn't have any because they were out, so very oddly the choices instead of that were some sort of beetroots or cubes of lard... The stuff was all shown to me in the counter, which had become one of those with glass and the food in it (like at ice cream shops and sandwich bars).

I said it was fine and thanked her and all the while we were talking she kept getting distracted by her co-workers. One of the other guys was some German guy that came from Berlin on a plane which caught fire mid-flight and landed here. They even had some pictures on a wall of the survivors? Whatever the photos were, they made me accept the story.

Then I remembered to ask "oh, do I pay now or after?" and she said "uh, whichever". I said I'd pay now. But as I did, lots of people started entering the (previously) quiet restaurant. They sat at every possible table, as if on cue for something to happen. The waitress faced the counter and started talking to the guy over the counter I think.

I waited, starting to be a little annoyed by the fact it had taken this long to do the order (it felt like a long time). I looked around and I can't remember what happened (something did) but all of a sudden everyone was singing roughly and half were clapping in a slow rhythm. I joined in the clapping and then shortly after, two people started chasing each other and the clapping stopped a moment after, but then they stopped chasing each other and sat back down.

As all the clapping and clamour happened, more people were entering the restaurant, including H, who I could see clearly from a distance, head illuminated by a spotlight as he came in.

At the same time, the waitress next to me dropped all her clothes. I was still waiting to pay, I initially glanced at her naked body but then just looked over the counter, wondering when I was going to be able to just pay for the order; I also automatically performed a reality check with my left hand after she got naked. But unfortunately I concluded the amount of fingers to be correct and I didn't remember to test the solidness of the reality. I felt like I was right in the centre of view (more than the naked girl) and felt awkward doing my RC there. Nobody in the restaurant was shocked (I wasn't either) but she started laughing and saying something to someone on a table near me; she was facing the counter the whole time, so most of the restaurant would only see her backside, as I was to her right, and to her left was a wall. Something about the "AI works" came up again at some point.

I remember being outside again, and some sort of game-like thing happening (regarding organising of the outside layout with AI) but I can't remember in detail.

The dream ended soon after. I think I still have the lingering feeling of being annoyed by not being able to simply pay.

I remembered a small fragment while writing the long dream, something about H wanting to buy or take a car overseas. I remember a weird wooden house place with triangle glass windows and very strange layouts. It was day.

Morning - I had a vague memory, BUT I remember parts of it.

I was an observer in this dream. I could see 2 space gunships heavily engaged in a battle. Mostly lopsided tho. The 1st ship was flanking around the 2nd ship which was stationary due to propulsion being compromised. As an observer I was also intercepting intercoms from the failing ship. The airwaves crackled with static and was flooded with panicked voices. Someone cut the chatter and silenced the coms to prioritize his message (or was it because I wanted to know what the heck was going on? or did I already know?). "We're being attacked by our own AI that has run rampant," is more or less what I remembered being said. Thats when I woke up.

Side note - "AI rampancy" is a phrase that I heard often mentioned in the Halo novels which I have been listening to via audiobooks recently.

Surprisingly the Halo Novels are pretty good. Suffice is to say, the Halo Novels are not at all what one could guess with a gander at the, deceptively shallow, run-n-gun, Halo Games.

Dream 1(fragments):

There was some story about some random dude who went to some party and was apparently a mayor. Then he at night went out of home and apparently got to time travel between a few random places and then go into some buildings and speak to few people, trying to find solution to get out of travel loop.

Dream 2(fragments):

I was playing some warcraft 3 level and i was controlling three heroes, one warrior one mage and one ogre. I had to fight through a few places to level them up and eventually reached some nether place. There were some items and forest of giant mushrooms and had to fight some giant wolves. Then discovered some kind of explosive switch which exploded something in the distance.

Dream 3(fragments):

There was some story(With some switches to first person at times) about some people discovering some kind of AI thing, which then transformed into spherical bot and they had to fight it. Then they went outside and there were zombies and spherical thing was larger and was flying around.

Dream 4(fragments):

I was playing hearthstone and was lacking taunt cards.

Got to sleep later than usual due to some credit card stuff and thus had to use an alarm.

I recall being in cave system of some sort and later there was minigame where i had to control small sphere that moved around area and collected chess pieces, also there were pink chess pieces that automatically collected all other chess pieces on in the view when collected.
Then i had some kind of discussion with LV and there was video of an AI playing through ESP Ra.De.(a shmup game) , the AI's name was 'Queen ESP Ra.De.'.

I was in a classroom, one which looked nothing like any classroom i'd ever been in, so i became lucid and walked out of the class and had a look around. Someone came up to me and said "i've been looking everywhere for you... come with me" so i went with him. he took me into a small room, where there were several other people. They started telling me about how they were from the future, and i was their leader. We were fighting a war against robots/AI that were being controlled by the government. I was told that in the future, I had a special ability that allows me to turn off the robots, like an EMP (electromagnetic pulse). The team would help me out by using bombs/guns to destroy the robots. While they were telling me all this, they were also healing me with some sort of chakra device. They were pressing this blue stick thing (which looked like a paint-roller except it felt really soft) against my neck, I didn't stop them because it actually felt like it was healing me, it felt really nice, i could feel healing energy penetrating my skin going through my neck. They didn't tell me why they were healing my neck, I assume it may be because perhaps in the future i become ill or get some sort of throat problem. They only healed the right side of my throat for some reason, and when i woke up, my throat felt really good, like it truly was being healed while i slept.
